It all started when the minds over at Marrow Detroit decided they wanted to delve into supplying Detroit proper with access to sustainable and ethically sourced seafood. And so with the same gusto they’d explored local meats, they now dive head first into the world of seafood. But don’t be fooled. Mink is more than a raw bar.

Mink is a drinking and dining destination in the heart of Corktown, Detroit. We are an intimate community gathering place with a focus on impeccable sourcing of low-intervention ingredients in a casual environment. With a constantly rotating, seasonal menu executed from behind the 12-seat bar, you can expect only the unexpected from Mink. Seafood will have a prominent place on the menu. Mink highlights the hyper-seasonality of Detroit’s urban agriculture system. Like our sister restaurant and sole meat purveyor Marrow would say, #allappetiteswelcome.
